Mary Ruth was born November 1, 2007. She was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot in utero. Mary had her first heart surgery at 6 days old. She had her complete repair surgery April 11, 2008.

OH MY GOD. That is precious.
None of us can say anything more than to echo all the things that have been said before: wonderful, sweet, precious, amazing, how can this much goodness exist all at once?
