Our Little Deduction

This came in the mail today.
Mary doesn't seem to mind that she will forever be "on the grid".
We have an appointment with the cardiologist in the morning. I think/hope we will get a date for surgery.

Tomorrow is a very special anniversary. Any guesses as to what?

    By the size of that smile, now I'm SURE she has YOUR mouth! That is the biggest smile I have ever seen!!
